The project reimagines the urban residential block as a contemporary, green and socially connected living environment. A restrained palette of textured stone, glass blocks and warm terracotta metalwork gives the building a distinct identity, while layered balconies, planted edges and rooftop pergolas soften its architectural mass. Reinterpreting familiar elements of the Athenian apartment building, the design balances privacy, natural light and outdoor living, transforming the façade into a dynamic interface between the home and the city.
