Half M Half Σ Office design

( description )

This office design project revolves around a dynamic interplay of space-sharing and division. Two people, one workspace, and a single table to share—yet the defining element is the wall that both unites and separates. The challenge lies in balancing functionality, privacy, and collaboration within a compact setting.

A single shared table serves as the central working hub, promoting interaction and efficiency. The design ensures that despite the shared space, each individual retains a personal and distinct work area, fostering both teamwork and independent productivity.
The wall acts as both a divider and an organizer, structuring the office layout while offering storage, display areas, and acoustic separation. Its design plays with proportion—who takes the bigger piece of the pie? The answer is embedded in the subtle negotiation of spatial dynamics.
