This project consists of two separate villas, each with a private garden and pool, perched on a cliff overlooking the sea and the village. The design emphasizes openness, natural materials, and seamless indoor-outdoor living, creating an elegant retreat that fully embraces its breathtaking surroundings.

The first villa features a striking use of red bricks as exterior cladding, which extends into the entrance and kitchen, creating a bold architectural statement. This continuity of materials enhances the villa’s warmth and character while maintaining a strong connection to the landscape.
In the second villa, interior and exterior boundaries dissolve, allowing every space—from the living room to the bedroom—to visually open to the outdoors. Large openings frame the stunning views, immersing residents in the natural beauty of the location.
