A new fish market -the second in the “Psaras” chain, a family business with a proud tradition spanning three generations- is being established in the heart of Vatikioti Market, Thessaloniki’s historic food market. The contemporary design and clean, minimal lines highlight the unique identity of the business. Despite over four decades of experience at sea, it embraces renewal and connection with the present, while maintaining deep respect for tradition and the historic character of its surroundings. Our aim was to merge the old with the new, leaving an architectural imprint that reflects the philosophy and aesthetics of our studio.
